The booking of your visit can be made orally by phone, by e-mail or by completing the online form.

You will receive the confirmation of your order by e-mail.

This confirmation is a contract value agreement between you and the agency Itineraire du Bien-Être.

Payment and sending documents for your stay as a tourist:

A deposit of 30% of the price of the trip is due after receipt of the confirmation of your order. The balance payment must be made 15 days before the start of your trip.

Conditions of cancellation and cancellation:

You can cancel the tour contract in writing at any time before the start of the trip. However, the Itinerary of Wellbeing agency will require the payment of costs paid in advance or a lump sum compensation. Here are the terms of the lump sum remuneration:
– Beyond 15 days before the start of the trip: 30% of the total amount of the visit.
– From the 14th to the 7th day before the beginning of the trip: 50% of the total amount of the visit.
– From the 6th day before the beginning of the trip: 80% of the total amount of the visit.
– No show the same day of the departure of the trip: 95% of the total amount of the visit.
